I now have the Spiral, Polygon and Pile variations of the Tenga 3D. The Spiral and Pile might be roughly even for quality of sensation, though they are different from each other. When choosing one of these, it's important to consider how much surface area will be in contact with the skin. The Polygon has broad facets, and the material is overall thicker and less stretchy, so it tends to slide less freely across the skin. So it gives much less stimulation of the skin. The Spiral and Pile are very nice in contrast to the Polygon. The Spiral pattern allows a lot of open space between the skin and its surface, so it slides more easily and gives an unusual stimulation. I believe it's the most popular of the five models. The Pile has triangular shaped pockets that retain lube and minimize surface contact area. The texture is spongy and springy compared to the other two, which is really nice. Combined with an Aneros Helix Syn and a generous coating of Sutil lube it's a very nice item to have. It is soft and stretches over a bigger package than some other compact sleeves do. And it's very easy to clean, dry and store.

I've purchased two variants of this product, the spiral and the pile. The spiral worked well for about a month before ripping near the top of the unit. Once there's a hole in these they're entirely out of commission. The pile worked exactly 1 time. The second time I got it out there was a tear on the top of the unit. Personally, I don't find these $29 products to be worth the price for one time use. But even when they do longer, they're also not worth the month of use you get out of them. The sensation is NOT anything unique, in fact both of the variants felt indecipherable from the other. Would not at all recommend this, another fail from Tenga.

After a week I've put some miles on my Polygon, and it is definitely a winner. I even tried it inside out (polygons on the outside) and it does the trick that way as well. Its also pretty economical for lube (too much and you'll be dribbling it down your boys), and it get there every time. I have already ordered another (I ordered the Pile, to see what difference the texture makes).
